M5x0.8 or M6x1 indicates thread diameter and thread lead of adaptor which you have to screw into the tapped hole.
nozzle means that you need no adaptors. Just remove the rubber cap and connect the rubber tube with the nozzle.
special adaptor kit M5x0.8 If there is neither a nozzle nor a tapped hole we can offer you a special kit of adaptors, containing adaptors and rubber cap (article no. 10121). You have to tap a thread (M5x0.8) in the inlet manifold behind the throttle butterfly.
